If you've never seen hundreds of rubber duckies floating down the river, well apparently, you just haven't lived.

Okay, so the parade attendance was low... but this is something else... hundreds of people lining up just to watch ducks float down the river, and bet on them.  Savages!		It's apparently a committee task to be outstanding in their river...
... to corral this pesky ducks.  Yessir, after dumping them in the stream, they then feel the need to capture them again.  Sad, just sad.		For those who think I'm just full of fluff, guess what I found at one of the local stores? Proof positive.
