In one of the whistle stops of life came Capay. 200 people, but it does have a historical marker and a tax service right on the main road, so it's not all bad, as places go. It's also just a stone's thrown from Esparto, which has a nifty old train depot on the edge of town.

Well, of the signs I did see in town, this one ranks amongst one of the nicer ones.	Amongst the lesser signs would be the one on this here tax preparation service.	Or even this real estate agent's listing sign.
The homes aren't quite the stellar mansions that other towns boast, but they serve the purpose.	On this site stood a school for 106 years, before being closed in 1980. Long time to be in one spot.
