I would confess I like Honest Abe as much as any other, warm-blooded patriotic fowl, so we just had to swing by Lincoln, Illinois.

The fact that Abe himself christened the town is pretty cool, I thought.	It seems the use of the name Lincoln is quite common here, but no other sign of Abe here.	At least this Internet Service Provider didn't wedge Lincoln into their name.
It is, though, a nice enough town to stick granny in a home.  And a nice name for the place, too.
