Bartlett sort of snuck upon us, all sudden-like. With a population of 131, a neighborhood crime watch, and the only signs of life being a girl on a riding mower cutting the lawn at what appeared to be a city park, all was quiet. But relatively speaking, she represents a good percentage of the population all by herself.
