The United States Recommended Daily Allowance (USRDA) is for you
to eat (at least) five fruits and vegetables a day. (Actual recommendations
may vary from country to country; please consult your local Health
organization to determine how much you should be eating to be a
good patriot.)
If you're anything like Tubby, you'll eat fruits and vegetables
about as often as you'll sprout wings and fly to the moon. (Something
about him rebelling against authority, even today -- not unlike
Don Quixote and his tireless and unforgiving assault of helpless
windmills.)
