I enjoy a good Independence Day celebration as much as the next duck. And, unlike some towns and cities in my area, I managed to land myself in a place that does this for free. (Although, I guess if you wanted to be in the park directly underneath, I could have paid out a few bills to see it from there.) But no matter -- where I was perched worked out just fine for my purposes.
