Using Grand Bay, Alabama as a template, I think I've got all the tools in hand to create my own small, Southern town.

Step 1.  Colorful "welcome" sign.	Step 6.  Baptist church.  (Renaming it from "First Baptist Church is 100% optional)	Step 3.  Waffle House.  Why?  Dunno, but they're everywhere.
Step 4.  Water tower.  Town name should be painted on it as well.	Gas stations and the like are certainly convenient, but not mandated, per my survey.
