Tucked away amidst the vastly larger cities of the Livermore Valley is
Sunol, a quiet little town of 1,300 or so people (or during the commute
hours, several thousand more as they race from one end of the canyon between
the hills to the other).
Any sign that's carved just yells out to me, and in a good way (not
like those Halloween banshees).
The Sunol depot is mostly part of a touristy railroad now, but once
upon a time, was so much more.
The aptly named Little Brown Church of Sunol.
Sunol Glen is a K-8... apparently once you're ready for high school,
you go to nearby Pleasanton.
