Certainly, Seventy-six trombones led the big parade, with a hundred and ten cornets close at hand, etc., etc... is all well and good on Broadway, but on the streets of Gary, Indiana, things are not quite so festive.  But at least a snazzy little tune won't hurt things any, eh?

"Stressing the positive."  Ever wonder what thought went into having that be the city's motto?	Charming.  Check cashing places open 24 hours a day.  Why do you suppose that is?	Defunct lots and businesses were more prominent that ones that were open and prosperous.
Not only were there numerous pawn shops, but there were just as many billboards for them.
