Burtrum was another of those towns we passed through quite by virtue of the road passing through, and less to do with some grand design

I've said it before, I'll say it again - the style of the town's sign speaks volumes of the place.	If you're wondering, yes, there is a lake in Detroit Lakes.  Where isn't there a lake in this state?	And given the abundance of lakes, everyone needs a boat, hence, buy one at Wal-Mart.  :)
As we got deeper into town, the historic-looking train station crept into view.	Along with a similarly fashioned building, now housing the Chamber of Commerce.	And the Suburban in the last shot has passed us, revealing some of the many rust spots herein.
