Note the stormy weather of the western states eventually make their way to Texas.  And because luck is generally against us, we hit the brunt of the storm just as we were approaching the Dallas / Forth Worth part of the state.  Given the rains were bad enough to actually have the entire highway pull over and wait it out, we weren't about to wander the streets of either metropolitan area looking for wacky sites to see.

One of the less flooded frontage roads just outside of Fort Worth; others were much worse.	I was surprised we got this far without a traffic event.  (And it was this dark at 3:30pm.)
