Sitting just a few miles into Washington from Portland, Oregon, this little town boasts cheaper gas prices, and you can even pump your own gas. (Oregon state law prohibits that silliness.)

Not your everyday sort of sign for a town, but Vancouver isn't your everyday sort of city, either. Once upon a time, the civic buildings were made of brick. Places like libraries... ... churches of all faiths...
... but today, the city can't afford it. But at least banks will spend the dough on brick buildings. Downtown, with some of the older styled brick places. Three Goth-esque girls; the normal dressed one is mom. (Then I went and washed the windshield; sorry.)
