Plain speak time: had it not been for the fact this town of 540 or so
folks was not between Highway 19 and Akaka Falls
State Park, odds are slim I'd have even bumped into it. But I was
going there, and thus, bumped I did.
A religious structure of some sort, though I couldn't get a strong
sense of exactly which one.
It seemed to be a private home, but I rather enjoyed the surfboard
decor along railing.
The downtown was cute in a rustic, neu-old-west sort of way. No
shoot-outs today, though.
More of the aforementioned cute little downtown shops
area.
A generic sort of shop, but the design and condition was in the
cute, consistent style of the place.
Up the hill stood the post office, a quaint little place that delivers
in all sorts of weather, I hear.
