One of the first things I figured needed to be done was setting up the
tent. After all, food, shelter and heat seem basic needs of ducks, or
at least, ducks that don't want to rely solely on their down for warmth.
Begin by scouting out a flat site. I recommend setting up near other
tents, often already in a flat spot.
That decided, it's time to get out the bits and pieces, and begin
the ballet of the camper.
Unroll the tent, and get out the poles to keep it all up and stuff.
Unfolded and tent poles made, it's time to start actually propping
the thing up.
Halfway there...
... and done! With my lantern and sleeping bag in place, I'm ready
to go. And now, time for heat...
