Port Adelaide doesn't seem to appear in the Lonely Planet book, but it has a train station, an annoying KFC in the K-Mart complex, and enough other stuff that suggests it's really here. So I wandered around.

A lack of a proper sign was all but erased with this lovely sign near the city offices complex. The lighthouse wasn't originally here (first lit in 1869 at Port River, it moved here in 1986). Although with the river and the shipping activity nearby, you never know -- they may still need a light.
The Institute Building (1876) is on the site of the oldest Nautical Museum in Australia. St. Paul's Catholic Church -- just to balance out all the Uniting Churches we've seen today. This is dangerously close to sounding like a wholesale denture establishment. But still funny.
