I was under the clear impression my last night in Germany would be in
some remote hotel near the far-from-town Munich (München) Airport.
Nope; instead, we were dropped in Neufahrn with oodles of time both in
the evening and morning before our flight home; I made the most of it.
Though I arrived by coach (bus), the sign at the train station was
far more to my liking.
The use of solar and wind energy is far more prevalent here than
in the United States.
I bet you wouldn't need the sign to guess a plumber (or HVAC) shop
is located within.
Not a drive-thru car was so much as a drive in and back out variety,
but it gets the job done.
This Rewe market on Dietersheimer Strasse had a huge selection (and
soda
was on sale!).
I don't care how trendy it may be, this sort of cheeky display did
not smile me, not one bit.
