We were invited to a gathering, of sorts, at the Elms
Mansion. This is apparently representative of how things were in days
gone by. And from the looks of things, how things were, for some anyway,
wasn't half bad. This in the outside, of course; but if you like the inside,
it's available, too.
Not your typical little bar or night club - this was
a historic home with a great first impression.
If you're questioning the "historic" part,
they had the sign outside to back up that statement.
Outside, the lawn was adorned with a gazebo (perfect
for weddings and stuff, eh?).
More of the gardens. Not gas lamps, but still
a nice effect.
... this wasn't as blurry in real life, but you get
the idea...
... more still, looking from the blurry area back to
the house.
