The main reason this town made the map was the whole Britney Spears' thing with getting married, and that her home town was near where we'd be for our Mardi Gras trip. Not only did we not find the expected home at the address we dug up, but the town was far from impressive... sorry, but I can't fib.

Kentwood... if signs tell you anything about the place, you'd expect it to be nice with this sign.	But as I drove along the main street (Highway 51), it seemed to be a bit of a disappointment.	The streets were a step above paved and the place had a dingy sense to it all.
This lovely contraption was built right alongside the main road -- no idea what it is, though.
