Okay, so I'll admit it.  I had little interest in the place generally, but remembered the mention of White Bear Lake in the movie Fargo, and wanted to see what all was there, don'tcha know? (Need the movie ending?)

Not quite a city welcome sign, but good enough for government work, anyway.	See, better?  Now you can see your precious water tower, eh.	And the center of White Bear Lake's existence -- White Bear Lake.
