A casual conversation in the town's market, regarding population and
what-not, turned to an unexpected offer from owner Dick (get it, Dick's
Market?) to buy the store. We declined, although Frank's Market does have
a nice sound to it. Now, if we could also buy the town and rename it,
that's be something. (Rumor hold that a two bedroom place in town would
set me back about $7,500, doing the math... it seems possible, eh?)
Despite 300 people, I couldn't find a sign -- so here's the usual.
Downtown, as seen from Dick's Market.
The post office is actually pretty nice looking, don't you think?
And speaking of nice looking, the Zion Lutheran Church is delightful.
