If ever I was going to look into buying a town, renaming it Frank's Place, this could very well be it. It has the required water tower, sign, and church in nearby Lake Andes, so it's good to go. It just needs a duck. :)

Population is soaring down to a staggering 79, at last count.	One of perhaps three places that looked like actual businesses.	I first thought this was abandoned; nope, it's the local post office.
But we can't have a small town picture page without the water tower, now can we?
