The population numbers somewhere around 54,000 people. Woohoo!
Indeed, it's a prosperous metropolis of activity.
At long last, I found a sign for this place...
but obviously, I had to wait until cover of darkness to get to it.
Cheyenne is the state capital. And I like
pictures of capitals, so here it is -- yea!
We thought it was a historic train station,
then we got closer and saw it's a working railroad thingy.
We drove by and got this at shift change.
Amazed we didn't get stopped and questioned...
