The key of any good operation is the financial and accounting folks.  Without them, well, you're just running a charity.  Or, at least, not making a profit.  And if you're not making profit, you're not a capitalist.  Which, by extension, makes you a communist, eh, Comrade?  Well sir, this is America, and we're capitalists, of course -- that's where the money is.  (Any adorable CPA-accredited toddler can tell you that.)
